To apply for an establishment immigration card or a new immigration computer card, a company must meet certain prerequisites. Here’s what you need to know:

Prerequisites:

1. The company has already obtained its trade license.

What to Bring:

• Partners list for an LLC company.
• Copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) for an LLC company.
• Passport and Jinsiyya (family book) of the local sponsor (if applicable).
• Passport of the local service agent or UAE national sponsor.
• Passport of partners for an LLC company (copies).
• Passport photos of sponsors and partners.
• Copy of the tenancy contract.
• Location map in Arabic.
• Owner’s degree certificates (notarized and legalized).
• E-signature card copy of the sponsor and authorized signatories (if any).
• AED 2,000 application fee.
