Type of Visa: Employment Visa

Purpose: Issued to skilled and qualified professionals, including technicians, technical experts, senior executives, etc., engaged or appointed by companies, organizations, and economic undertakings.

Documents Required:

1. Properly filled up online application form (ONE SET) with the applicant’s signature – Indian Visa Online Application.
2. 2 recent passport size photos (51mm x 51mm) not older than three months, with a white background and the applicant wearing a dark dress with a frontal view. Eyebrows should be visible. Ears, forehead, and chin should be completely visible. In case of locals wearing a qandoura, the background should be in light blue. Clarity of the photo is very important – Edited, blurred, or unclear photos should not be accepted.
3. Original passport with a photocopy of the current and old passports with a valid UAE residence visa page. A photocopy of the passport with a copy of the UAE residence visa showing that the applicant has been a resident in the UAE for more than two years.
4. The employing company/organization should be registered in India, and a copy of such registration should be submitted.
5. The employing company/organization should certify that not more than 1% of their workforce is foreigner.
6. Professional or educational certificates.
7. The applicant must submit proof of employment, contract, or engagement by the company or organization in India.
8. Employment/contract letter should be notarized and attested by the home department of the concerned state government.
9. Prior approval from CGI Dubai is required.
10. Reference Form for Faxing (Applicants from Afghanistan, China, Nigeria, Somalia, Pakistan, and PAK – Origin foreigners)
